We have a lot of exciting news to report to you regarding Covenant Commonwealth. Due to your help and support, construction is fully underway, and we are marketing units in both the Carriage House (Phase I) and the Fairways (Phase II). If you (or a relative or friend) are interested in purchasing either a market-rate or affordable unit, please see the instructions in our broker contact information list.
Covenant Commonwealth Under Construction
In early Spring 2007, B'nai B'rith Housing began to construct a new 44 unit mid-rise condominium building at 35 Commonwealth Avenue. The construction team worked diligently to prepare the site, working with the City and local utility companies and hosting monthly meetings with the neighbors. Throughout the past year, the site has been very much active with work on both the new four-story building, as well as the refurbishment of the existing brick Carriage House. We are currently marketing units within both the Carriage House (Phase I), and in the new four-story building, named the Fairways (Phase II).
Again, thank you for all that you did to ensure the construction of Covenant Commonwealth, and bringing more affordable housing options to Newton.
